When using hospital services for the first time, making a U.H. ID card (hospital identity card) is mandatory. A fee of ₹20 (cash) will be charged. Use this card for all future services.
Pay the prescribed deposit amount according to your category at the time of admission.
Please Note: If you move from a lower to a higher category, the full bill amount of the higher category will be charged from the first day of admission. The category and deposit amount may be changed later, and the hospital will charge accordingly.

In addition to the surgeon's fee, the anesthetist's fee is one-third of the surgeon's fee.

In case of sudden computer shutdown, you may need to pay an additional amount approximately equal to the bill; adjustments will be made in the final bills.

All payments to the hospital will be accepted only in the name of "Bombay Hospital Indore." A 10% surcharge will be applied on all admitted patient bills (excluding medicines, room rent, and operation theater charges).
