Important Information Regarding Admission

Please mention your bed category for admission.

First-time admitted patients must fill out complete details in the patient register to ease future admissions.

At the time of admission, please show your doctor's prescription.

When using hospital services for the first time, making a U.H. ID card (hospital identity card) is mandatory. A fee of ₹20 (cash) will be charged. Use this card for all future services.

Pay the prescribed deposit amount according to your category at the time of admission.

Please Note: If you move from a lower to a higher category, the full bill amount of the higher category will be charged from the first day of admission. The category and deposit amount may be changed later, and the hospital will charge accordingly.

All payments are accepted via cash, demand draft, or credit card.

Always obtain the payment receipt. The receipt must be submitted again at the time of discharge, so keep it safely.

Patients covered under hospital-contracted companies must bring their consent letter; otherwise, cash payment is required.

All admitted patients will receive their bill twice a week, and payment must be made within 24 hours.

Foreign patients must submit their passport.

Only one attendant pass will be given for each admitted patient.

Visiting hours for patients are from 4 PM to 7 PM. Children under 12 years are not allowed entry, except from 6 PM to 7 PM in the wards only.

Smoking, chewing tobacco, gutkha, and alcohol consumption are prohibited inside the hospital premises.

Patients are provided meals by the hospital; please do not bring outside food or beverages.

Meals are available on payment for patient relatives.

To avoid issues with storage, temperature management, and adulterated medicines, use only medicines purchased from the hospital pharmacy.

There will be no extra charges on heart valves, pacemakers, hip and knee prostheses, oxygenators, cardiac stents, medicines, or other materials bought from the hospital pharmacy.

In addition to the surgeon's fee, the anesthetist's fee is one-third of the surgeon's fee.

Corporate patients have a different arrangement; please contact the marketing department before selecting the category.

In case of sudden computer shutdown, you may need to pay an additional amount approximately equal to the bill; adjustments will be made in the final bills.

Management reserves all rights to change rates without prior notice.

Please show your Aadhaar card when requested by the hospital.

Park your vehicle only at the designated place in the hospital premises and do not keep any valuables in it.

Patients and visitors must take care of their valuables, jewellery, mobile phones, and cash themselves.

Complaints or suggestions regarding hospital services can be recorded at any nursing station computer.

"Package" means estimated cost only and does not include complete treatment.

All payments to the hospital will be accepted only in the name of "Bombay Hospital Indore." A 10% surcharge will be applied on all admitted patient bills (excluding medicines, room rent, and operation theater charges).
